Ces dernières semaines peuvent être plus ou moins difficiles à vivre. Il nous faut changer nos habitudes et réorganiser sa vie à la maison. Entre le travail, la cuisine, pour certains la vie de famille, il faut trouver un équilibre pour se sentir le mieux possible. J’essaie encore de trouver mon équilibre à moi et voilà quelques idées qui pourront peut-être vous aider.
It’s here now! Even in London, the sun is shinning
almost everyday and the heat wave is still quite strong. I personally love it! I’ve missed the sun and the heat since I came back from India and I couldn’t be happier to see that we may be lucky enough to have a real summer in the UK this year. If you’re even luckier, you’ll probably go away to escape from the city or just to take a nice break in your favorite destination. Whatever your plans are, I know that summer is sometimes more stressful than it should be. What is supposed to help you relax sometimes brings anxiety. Bikini, barbecue, parties, community living… All these things can be quite stressful for some. I’d like to share a few tips on how to make your summer really relaxing and without any stress!
If you know me, you know how important sleep is to me. I’m a big sleeper and I need 8 hours a night to be have full capacities the next day. It can be a struggle when you start work very early, then you may feel like you don’t have time to do anything in the evening. But I’m gonna try to help you understand why is sleep so important and how you can make it easier to have long and restful nights. I recently listened to the podcast by The Joe Rogan Experience on sleep with Dr. Matthew Walker and I learnt so many things that I wouldn’t have thought about!
